Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind all the TCHi::TCHA products we design and manufacture. We guarantee all our TCHi::TCHA products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accident, misuse, or improper care of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it or within one year, you may return it to TCHi::TCHA for replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be evaluated before repair. Damage will be repaired free of charge, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Items that cannot be repaired will be replaced at our discretion. This warranty is only available to customers in the United States and Canada. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer your TCHi::TCHA products.
