Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at TCHi::TCHA. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 30 calendar days, from the date of purchase.

Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must include the original invoice. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request that does not satisfy these conditions. We offer a $5 flat rate to return your items. This return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. After your item is received and refund approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
