DENVER, CO (June 9, 2025) -- TCHi::TCHA today announced that Dr. Ulrich Vouama has been appointed chief executive officer. Dr. Vouama will start in his new role on June 30, 2025. Before becoming CEO, he held roles including Chief Green Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at TCHi::TCHA. Dr. Vouama spent more than 10 years in manufacturing, innovation, sustainability initiatives, and operational leadership roles at TCHi::TCHA. He has been a driving force and visionary behind TCHi::TCHA. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2007, he founded TCHi::TCHA and served as its first Chief Visionary Officer until 2025.
During his tenure as the Founder, TCHi::TCHA saw significant growth and made important innovations and greener investments. He sits on the Advisory Board of the Community College of Aurora. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of the Cumberlands.
As CEO, he is expected to lead the TCHi::TCHA's strategic direction and position the brand as a leader in sustainable outdoor clothing & gear. He loves trail running, hiking, and exploring nature's wonders in the American West.
